Located within walking distance of supermarkets, town centre, and the train station. the property is clean, bright, and well-equipped, with quality towels and bedding. the garden and secret garden add a nice touch. Examples of facilities include an iron, hairdryer, and kitchen equipment. the parking permit is a bonus.
The noise from the main road can be a nuisance for some if staying during busy weekends or keeping the windows open.

We stayed at Baker's Dozen for a couple of nights and it was absolutely perfect. From the welcome gift of wine and cake to the thoughtful touches like the coffee machine and dog box with bowls and treats, we felt well taken care of. The cottage itself had everything we needed and more, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The location was ideal, just a short walk to town, and the parking permit meant we didn't have to worry about our car. We would definitely return, especially to enjoy the lovely garden in the summer.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Had a cozy Christmas stay! Loved the convenient location right in the heart of the town, so we could easily explore all the festive attractions. The cottage provided us with a free parking permit and off-road parking option, which was a bonus. The host thoughtfully provided essentials like washing up liquid, tea, coffee, and even a bottle of wine to make our stay feel special. The cottage was beautifully decorated with quirky items that added character and the bathroom was spacious and modern.
The noisy main road outside the cottage, although the double glazing helped. , there was only one bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient for a group of guests.

We stayed at Baker's Dozen in Stratford for a weekend wedding. The location was perfect, with shops and amenities just a short walk away. The villa itself was beautifully decorated, and the two bedrooms and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we loved the little touches like the dulche gusto machine. The gardens were a lovely bonus, and the parking permit was greatly appreciated. The attention to detail in this villa truly made it a special and memorable stay. Would recommend!

The hotel provided a homely and cosy atmosphere, with well-presented and organized accommodations. I particularly enjoyed the festive decorations, which added to the welcoming feel. The location was ideal, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The beds were comfortable, providing a restful sleep each night. the shower options, including a rain shower, were a luxurious touch that enhanced the overall experience.
One minor issue was the condition of the saucepans, as the non-stick layer had worn off, leading to food burning at the bottom. Another drawback was the leak in the bath's safety drain pipe, which caused water to flood the bathroom floor when the bath was filled.

A truly cosy and comfy home away from home. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower was powerful. We loved the little touches like the wine, cake, tea, and cooking basics. The garden was lovely, although we didn't get to enjoy it due to the weather. Great location near restaurants and attractions, with convenient parking. So glad we chose this place over a hotel.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel had an incredible location, right in the center of the town. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the sights, restaurants, and shops. the second thing that I really appreciated about this hotel was how clean and well-maintained it was. the rooms were immaculate and the hotel had a cozy and homely atmosphere. And one more thing that made my stay enjoyable was the comfortable beds. After a long day of work, it was great to sink into a soft and plush bed.
One thing that I didn't like about this hotel was the noise. the hotel was located on a busy main road, and unfortunately, the traffic noise was quite disruptive, even with the windows closed.

Baker's Dozen was an absolute joy to stay in. We were two couples attending a nearby wedding and thought we'd stay in town for the weekend. The location was perfect, with a corner shop just 30 seconds away and the town center only a 2-minute walk. The house itself was outstanding, comfortable, and felt like a home-from-home. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook breakfasts, and the outdoor spaces were fantastic for enjoying sunny days. The beds were all brilliant, the shower was fantastic, and the additional perks like the welcome gift, parking pass, and information booklet were greatly appreciated. Mirren, our host, was welcoming and communicative. We can't wait to go back!
We recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is praised by business travelers, as it is close to the town center and main attractions. Free parking is a bonus, as other hotels in the area charge a hefty fee. Guests appreciate the well-equipped rooms with additional amenities like fans, hairdryers, and toiletries. the hotel's beautifully decorated interiors and furnished gardens add to the positive experience.
Parking can be a challenge, especially during peak times, as availability may be limited and require additional arrangements.
